4οΈβ£ Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (for best results, 1 hour).

2οΈβ£ Wrap the fish in banana leaf (optional, for a smoky aroma).
3οΈβ£ Place the fish on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with mustard oil or butter occasionally.

2οΈβ£ Line a baking tray with parchment paper or banana leaf.
3οΈβ£ Place the marinated Hilsa pieces and drizzle a little mustard oil.
4οΈβ£ Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
