β Hilsa Fish (Ilish Mach) β 2-3 medium pieces

β Mustard Oil β 2 tbsp
β Onion (sliced) β 1 medium
β Ginger (grated) β 1 tsp
β Garlic (crushed) β 3-4 cloves
β Tomato (chopped) β 1 medium
β Green Chilies (slit) β 2-3
β Turmeric Powder β Β½ tsp
β Salt β To taste
β Black Pepper Powder β Β½ tsp
β Bay Leaf β 1
β Coriander Leaves (chopped) β For garnish

2οΈβ£ Marinate with turmeric powder and salt, set aside for 5 minutes.
3οΈβ£ Heat mustard oil in a pan until it starts smoking slightly.
4οΈβ£ Fry the fish lightly on both sides for about 2 minutes each, then set aside.
