β Mustard Oil β 2 tbsp
β Mustard Seeds (whole) β Β½ tsp
β Nigella Seeds (Kalonji) β Β½ tsp
β Onion Paste β 1 tbsp
β Ginger Paste β 1 tsp
β Salt β To taste
β Turmeric Powder β Β½ tsp
β Water β 1 cup
β Mustard Oil β 2 tbsp
