At Sonakshi Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. That’s why we’ve designed a fair and transparent cancellation policy for all our Sundarban packages, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

❌ Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your Sundarban tour booking, please notify us through email or our official website. The applicable cancellation charges will be as follows:

📅 Notice Period 💰 Deduction
✅ 30 days or more 10% of the total booking amount
✅ 15 to 29 days 25% of the total booking amount
✅ 7 to 14 days 50% of the total booking amount
❌ Less than 7 days No refund

🚫 No refund will be given for:

  • No-shows

  • Early departures

🛑 Cancellation by Operator

If Sonakshi Travels cancels your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather alerts, government regulations, or emergencies):

✅ You will receive a 100% full refund of your booking amount.
⚠️ However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the traveler (travel tickets, accommodations, etc.).
