For the Hilsa Kebab Mixture:

βœ” Hilsa Fish (Ilish Mach) – Boneless, Steamed & Mashed – 250g
βœ” Boiled Potatoes (Mashed) – 1 large

βœ” Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

For Coating & Grilling:

1️⃣ Preparing the Hilsa Fish

1️⃣ Steam or lightly fry Hilsa pieces, then carefully remove all bones.
2️⃣ Mash the fish finely and keep it aside.

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix mashed Hilsa, boiled mashed potatoes, onions, and green chilies.
