🍽 Ingredients:

βœ… Hilsa Roe (Ilish Mach-er Dim) – 200g
βœ… Potato (cut into small cubes) – 1 medium-sized
βœ… Pumpkin (diced) – Β½ cup
βœ… Eggplant (small cubes) – Β½ cup
βœ… Onion (sliced) – 1 medium-sized
βœ… Tomato (chopped) – 1 small
βœ… Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
βœ… Green Chilies – 3-4 (slit)
βœ… Turmeric Powder – Β½ tsp
βœ… Red Chili Powder – Β½ tsp
βœ… Mustard Oil – 3 tbsp
βœ… Salt – As per taste


🍳 Cooking Process:

Step 1: Preparing the Hilsa Roe
